Professional Experience:

Procurement, Compliance, Operations, and Human Resources professional with more than nine years of progressive experience supporting international humanitarian and development organizations across Lebanon and Syria. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed complex, multi-functional operations while ensuring full compliance with donor regulations, organizational policies, and national legal requirements in challenging and high-pressure environments.
My expertise spans procurement, compliance, operations management, supply chain, human resources, administration, and partnership support within programs funded by UNICEF, UNHCR, UNOCHA, USAID, the European Union, BMZ, and GFFO. I have extensive experience managing the full procurement cycle, including procurement planning, tendering, supplier sourcing and evaluation, bid analysis, contract administration, vendor performance management, procurement documentation, and audit-ready recordkeeping. I have consistently ensured transparent, competitive, and value-for-money procurement processes while maintaining strict adherence to donor and organizational regulations.
In compliance and governance, I have strengthened internal control systems, reviewed procurement and operational documentation, assessed partner compliance, supported donor and internal audits, identified operational risks, and developed practical tools and procedures that improve accountability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
