Professional Experience:

Strategic M&E and MEAL Specialist with over 12 years of progressive experience designing and leading monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning systems across humanitarian, mine action, climate resilience and international development programmes in Africa and Central America. UN WFP alumna recognised with the UN WFP Most Innovative Staff Award (M&E, 2021) and the WFP Certificate of Recognition for Research and M&E.

Core expertise spans four interconnected areas:
Results-Based Management and M&E Systems Design. Proven track record designing Theory of Change frameworks, logframes, indicator sets with baselines and targets, Risk-Based Monitoring Frameworks, and Indicator Tracking Tables across complex, multi-donor portfolios. Work consistently aligned to UN corporate results frameworks, FCDO, USAID, PM/WRA, and BMGF donor standards.

Data Analytics and Visualisation. Fluent across Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, KoboToolbox, ODK/XLS Forms, Survey123, SurveyCTO, and GIS-linked dashboards. Experienced in end-to-end data pipeline architecture from field collection through to institutional reporting and donor-facing dashboards.

Capacity Building and Knowledge Management. Designed and delivered multi-module MEAL and Information Management capacity-building programmes for UN, NGO, and government teams. Facilitated learning reviews, after-action sessions, and knowledge products were adopted into active programme use across multiple country contexts.

Donor Reporting and Resource Mobilisation. Authored high-quality results reports, analytical briefs, and evidence products for FCDO, US PM/WRA, USAID, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Citi Foundation, KOICA, and the UN system. Led proposal and concept note development, contributing to over USD 2 million in donor funding secured.

Sector and geographic experience includes: food security and nutrition emergency response (UN WFP Nigeria, Lake Chad Basin crisis, Security Council monitored context); Humanitarian Mine Action and Weapons and Ammunition Management (The HALO Trust: Angola, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nigeria); women's economic empowerment and private sector development (TechnoServe Nigeria, BMGF and Citi Foundation funded); and climate resilience and disaster risk management.


Languages: English (fluent, Level C), French (B1 certified), Portuguese (intermediate professional).

Currently open to M&E, MEAL, Programme Management and Planning, and Monitoring roles with UN agencies, INGOs, and multilateral organisations globally, particularly in humanitarian, climate resilience, and development programming contexts.

Academic credentials include an MSc in Disaster and Risk Management (University of Maiduguri- Nigeria), MBA in Finance and Investment (Ahmadu Bello University - Nigeria), B.Eng in Agricultural and Environmental Resource Engineering, and Project Leadership Certificate (Cornell University New York United States), complemented by United Nations Monitoring Fundamentals, Advanced M&E (SMEAN), M&E Essentials and Gender (Johns Hopkins), and an ongoing Data Science certification (Cornell University).
