Professional Experience:
RAYMOND A. ELI comes with over seventeen years’ experience in executive education and business consulting, and is the founding Director of Logos Business School (LBS) and the Logos Business Consulting Group (LBCG), a leading professional development pathway provider and business consultancy. He also serves as the CPD Manager on the Peadiatric Nursing Education Partnership (PNEP), a project funded by the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), Canada, and implemented by the Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives (GCNM). Prior to these, he served as the founding Registrar of the Graduate School of Governance and Leadership (GSGL) and the African Management and Productivity Institute (AMPRO), now together known as the Accra Business School, Spintex Road.
A trainer, business consultant/broker, and public speaker, he comes with an in-depth understanding and practical experience in business management and development and has successfully developed and delivered strategic business and training interventions for a host of corporate organizations from across Ghana and Africa.
Raymond is a product of the University of Ghana, Legon, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Honors) Degree in English and Philosophy (2002-2006). He also holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Central University, Ghana (2012).
