Extensive experience of policy-development and planning for education and TVET sectors including youth employment and sustainable livelihoods, project cycle management including logframe development and risks' mitigations, governance and capacity-building including Mandate and Function Reviews, human resources development including Training Needs Assessments, curricula development including Competency-Based Education and Training, as well as stakeholder engagement and coordination.
Authored published journal articles and book chapters on humanitarian and international development issues including policy development, education and TVET.
