Professional Experience:

At Molina Healthcare I serve as Senior Financial Analyst for Corporate FP&A, owning annual budgets and quarterly forecasts and partnering with department leaders to align financial plans with operational priorities. I build rolling monthly models (most recently for Pharmacy staffing optimization), and develop automated reporting tools using Workday Adaptive Planning, Office Connect, and advanced Excel.
Earlier, at Assurant I prepared monthly/quarterly financial statements, balance-sheet capital reporting, and month-end adjusting entries for a large IT program—revising project budgets from $114M to $148M—and produced scorecards and KPI reporting for leadership. In international roles with USAID, I established monthly reporting processes for government finance teams and regularly liaised with senior stakeholders.
I will bring analytical skill set, systems-first approach to drive improved cash-flow, net working capital, and scalable reporting/automation.
