Professional Experience:

I bring over 20 years of leadership experience in the inclusive FinTech sector, spanning both CTO and CEO roles. Since inventing M-PESA in 2025, I have built and scaled international organisations, worked closely with regulators and central banks, led globally distributed operations teams, and successfully delivered ISO 27001 certification programmes.

With my current venture entering a period of hibernation, I am now looking to apply my expertise as a Fractional CTO, available up to four days per week. I help organisations navigate technology strategy, regulatory and security requirements, operational scaling, and the challenges of building high-performing engineering and technology functions in regulated environments.
