Founded and led an AI and automation services company, owning strategy, operations, P&L, and delivery end to end. Built the business from zero to $5M in revenue in approximately two years, scaling the organization to roughly 20 people with 4 direct reports, while navigating the company through pandemic-era growth and a later strategic wind-down and merger into ConnexuS AI.
Designed and delivered agentic AI and automation solutions that reduced client operating costs by an average of 40 percent, driven by process automation and an improved data-caching approach. Translated client business problems into practical, measurable technology solutions, prioritizing the work that produced the clearest operational and financial impact.
Built core company functions from the ground up. Stood up customer-service operations, creating the SOPs and tooling used to measure and support service-team performance. Established the delivery practices, quality standards, and reporting cadences that allowed a small team to serve clients reliably and scale without losing consistency.
Owned vendor strategy and an annual vendor budget of roughly $1M to $2M, sourcing, negotiating, and managing technology and partner contracts to control cost and ensure dependable delivery. Made the investment and prioritization calls typical of an owner-operator, balancing growth, margin, and risk.
