Professional Experience:
International cooperation advisor and career diplomat with over a decade of experience supporting governments and regional organizations on governance, trade, migration, and health within multilateral systems. I have represented Liberia at the Permanent Mission to the United Nations and other International Organizations in Geneva and at the Embassy of Liberia in Italy , working closely with UN Rome-based agencies organizations on policy design and implementation.
In Italy, I serve as Diplomat at the renk of Minister-Counsellor for Bilateral and Political
I also serve concurrently as the Affairs and Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Rome-based Specialized Agencies (FAO, WFP, IFAD), providing strategic advice on EU policies, food security, and trans-Mediterranean cooperation.
In Geneva, I advised governments and regional groups on trade, human rights, health, and humanitaria issues; led negotiations as the representative of the 45 African members of the WTO in Dispute Settlement Reform during the COVID-19 period with WHO, pandemic relief package and other UN agencies; and represented West African members at UNAIDS Programme Coordinating Board meetings, contributing to more than 25 technical assistance initiatives and HIV/AIDS programme adjustments that improved effectiveness by around 40%.
Earlier, I worked in the private sector as Talent Acquisition Manager at ArcelorMittal in Liberia and International Sales Manager in Beijing, leading workforce development, public-private partnerships, and multi-country technology deployments across Africa. These roles, combined with my bilingual English–French skills and experience in additional languages, demonstrate strong versatility, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability across continents, sectors, and institutional cultures.
