I am a senior people and organizational effectiveness leader with over 20 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations, nonprofits, foundations, and purpose-led companies through growth, transformation, and scale. I have served as a Chief People Officer and trusted advisor to executive teams and boards, leading enterprise-wide people strategy in complex, highly regulated, and multi-stakeholder environments.
My experience spans the private sector (including technology, biotechnology, and consumer products) and the nonprofit and social impact sectors, where I have helped organizations professionalize operations, strengthen governance, and align people systems with mission and strategy. I bring a pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach to organizational leadership, combining business discipline with human-centered design.
Across my career, I have led and advised on organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, and culture transformation. I am particularly experienced in building people infrastructure for organizations at critical inflection points—such as rapid growth, leadership transition, restructuring, or increased donor and regulatory scrutiny.
Through my advisory practice, I provide fractional CHRO support, executive coaching, and organizational consulting to executive leaders and boards. My work often focuses on capacity building, institutional strengthening, and leadership effectiveness, including clarifying roles and decision rights, strengthening management capability, and designing scalable people systems that support long-term sustainability.
