FLEMING FUND COUNTRY GRANT (Phase 2) | Nigeria Senior AMR/AMU/AMC Advisor | May 2024 – Present Lead technical advisor for Antimicrobial Consumption (AMC) and Antimicrobial Use (AMU) surveillance under the UK-funded investment - Fleming Fund Country Grant II in Nigeria.
• Strategic Surveillance: Directing the management and analysis of AMC/AMU data platforms to inform national policy and protect vulnerable populations.
• Systems Strengthening: Assessing and filling IT/infrastructure gaps to functionalize surveillance systems, leveraging DHIS2, SORMAS, and WHONET for robust reporting.
• Capacity Building: providing high-level mentorship and Training of Trainers (ToT) to project staff and government counterparts on stewardship principles.
• Innovation: Designing strategies for the adoption of new technologies and applications to modernize national data systems.

• One Health Implementation: Collaborated with WHO, FAO, and OIE to operationalize "One Health" surveillance strategies across human, animal, and environmental health sectors.
• Grant Success: Key member of the team that led the proposal development and workplan for the $6.4 Million Fleming Fund AMR Surveillance Phase 2 Project.
• Stewardship Assessment: Conducted rapid assessments of stewardship policies and supply chains using a multisectoral approach to identify regulatory gaps.
MANAGEMENT SCIENCES FOR HEALTH (MSH) | CaTSS Project (USAID) Regional Supply Chain Management Systems (SCMS) Specialist | July 2018 – Jan 2020 Oversaw pharmaceutical and supply chain operations for HIV/AIDS commodities across Sokoto, Kebbi, and Zamfara states.
• Commodity Security: Ensured seamless availability of essential medicines and successfully managed the transition to the TLD regimen across three states.
• Process Optimization: Provided technical assistance to multidisciplinary teams (doctors, pharmacists, lab scientists) to streamline requisition processes and institutionalize inventory management systems.
• Data Quality: Directed the monitoring and reporting of supply chain activities within the Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP) framework, ensuring accurate documentation of programmatic achievements.
