He has collaborated with organizations such as the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA), Mastercard Foundation, SIMAVI, OXFAM, World Bank, IOM, UNGC, IFAD, DFID, SNV, and others in Ghana and East Africa. He has also attained numerous professional certifications in areas such as Performance-Based Financing, Lean Six Sigma, and Energy Economics. Philip’s career highlights include serving as a consultant for numerous projects in Ghana, contributing to the development of policies and programs, conducting evaluations, and providing training and capacity-building services. His roles have spanned various sectors, including energy, local governance, agriculture, and socioeconomic research. Philip has led and participated in numerous consultancy projects, including strategic reviews, feasibility studies, policy development, and impact evaluations across various sectors such as agriculture, local governance, and financial inclusion. Notable recent projects include the Midline and Endline evaluation of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars program at KNUST, Strategic Reviews of Ghana Enterprise Agency and Global Shea Alliance for Mastercard Foundation, End of Project Evaluation for SECO-GIZ sponsored Governance for Inclusive Development programme, and serving as a Local Consultant for Mastercard Foundation and Oxfam-funded programmes, and Socio-economic reintegration of Ghanaian returnees from Libya by IOM.

• Technical Consultant for Ideal Providence Farms (IPF). Training and development of training Materials for capacity development on Agriculture Risk Management focused for young people in Northern Ghana for the Platform for Agricultural Risk Management (PARM) and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) between (Nov.-December 2025).
? Technical Consultant for Vis Afrika Technologies Ghana: End-term and Mid-Term Evaluation of The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Programs (Phase I: 2013 to 2023 and Phase II: 2019 to 2029) at KNUST (Nov 2024 to March 2025). The objective of the assignment is to conduct an in-depth assessment of the progress, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the Scholars Program at KNUST against stated outputs for both endline and mid-term evaluation.
? Technical Lead Consultant for Itad, Uk on IDH Grains for Growth Rapid Review for Mastercard Foundation (August to Nov. 2024). The objective of the rapid review is to assess progress of IDH program implementation towards stated objectives; synthesize overall program achievement and outcome of the partnership towards the attainment of Young Africa Work Strategy in Ghana; and make recommendation to Mastercard Foundation of the potential for scale to other countries of the IDH Grains for Growth model
? Technical Lead Consultant on Two (2) Independent Project Reviews for Itad UK (2023-2024) for Mastercard Foundation:
o Strategic review of Ghana Enterprise Agency (GEA) and
o Global Shea Alliance (GSA)
Both GEA and GSA are Independent Partner Organizations (IPOs) for Mastercard Foundation Young Africa Works Program within the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU). The Ghana strategic reviews aimed to assess the achievements of the two prioritized partnerships, their impact, and the lessons learned, and to provide recommendations for potential strategies that increase operational and strategic learning in agriculture and agriculture-adjacent sectors for Mastercard Foundation’s Young Africa Works Strategy. The strategy was launched in 2019 and aims to enable 3 million young people in Ghana (including approximately 2.2 million young women) access dignified and fulfilling work by 2030.
? Technical Consultant-(Individual consultancy) (March-June 2024)- Feasibility study for the development of 150-million-dollar sports and recreational centre at Ho, in the Volta Region.
? Technical Consultant (June 2024).
