Professional Experience:

I have program experience with PEPFAR, USAID, SIDA and DFID funded projects and programs. I have over 17 years field experience in planning and implemntation of Health/HIV/AIDs, Education, Water, Youth and women empowerment, Gender-based Violence, Advocacy, Economic empowerment and Environmental governance projects. My strengths in program management include but not limited to the following: undertaking program assessments, baselines, mid and end term evaluations in both rural and urban programs. Developing program evaluation and project feasibility and assessment tools.
I have experience in proposal writing, designing and initiating new projects, undertaking program reviews and learning forums, initiating and managing partnerships, conducting institutional assessments and facilitation of capacity building interventions.
I am a trained TOT in M/E, institutional assessments and change management.
