- Innovative Multi-Country Campaign: Designed and led Save the Children’s first multi-country climate action campaign, Red Alert, which organically reached over 2 million social media users in Asia within two years, significantly raising awareness and engagement on environmental issues.

- Groundbreaking Environmental Programme: Designed and launched a hybrid multi-country programme, My Forest Child, integrating ecosystem restoration, community climate-resilience building, and youth engagement. This initiative secured an initial investment of $1,250,000 for piloting and startup projects, showcasing a comprehensive approach to climate and environmental action.

- Successful Policy Leadership: Acted as a policy lead, designing and executing advocacy plans for Oxfam’s priorities in Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen, et al as well as in international processes, consistently targeting and achieving more equitable outcomes for women and girls. Designed and led its first global advocacy strategy on Women, Peace and Security.
